We built for you spacious houses with a total built-up area of just over 200 m2. On the first floor, there is a large living room, veranda and service areas. On the second – 3 bedrooms (and why not two bedrooms and a study), 2 bathrooms, wardrobe and balcony. The third one is a large, bright studio under the soft wood of the roof.
DETAILS
We offer the houses at a basic stage of completion – utility connections and plastered walls and floors so that you can choose yourselves how to finish them. You can trust us for the finishing works. Each house has its own water treatment system.
We work with excellent materials from leading manufacturers for every stage of the construction
PRICES
The price starts at around 1079 euros per m2, VAT included. If you choose any of the houses, whose construction has not started, we will gladly give you an individual offer.
